Man-made stars

I realize about this weird thingy yesterday evening... My sis told me that there are few big balloon when she looked from our backyard.. I also went to have a look at it.. It was true.. It was about 5-7 big balloons.. That's not what I want to say... After sungkey, when i'm about to take bath.. I realize that something happened to all that balloons after a spotlight shine on them... I thought that they were twinkle stars at the first sight.. black2 spots are the balloons
